Yet across Australia and Indonesia, forests continue to come under threat from commercial logging, development, and increasingly severe fires driven by climate change. What is lost when forests disappear, and what can our neighbouring countries learn from each other? Join Australian ecologist and conservation biologist David Lindenmayer, Indonesian researcher and activist Agung Wardana, and Australian nature writer Inga Simpson, led by moderator Suzy Hutomo, for a cross-cultural conversation about the beauty, wisdom, and preservation of forests.
